Currently, I’m trying to potty train my 27 month old daughter. I’ve had great success by having her older 5 year old brother help to cheer her on.

He pees in the potty first to show her, encourage her, inspire her and then he chants along with me "you can do it, you can do it!".

Brushing teeth will be more fun when we are willing to sing for our child.  Even, this will be a great time for them to learn about ABC or counting one to twenty.

Try to sing ABC while brushing teeth.  They will love it.  Then, you can count from one two twenty while brushing their teeth.

When you pay attention to the women’s bodies you will find out that they are amazing. They are able to produce the perfect food for our babies and while doing so, both mother and child derive numerous benefits.

What is actually happen to woman’s body?

During pregnancy, changes in the breasts signal the onset of milk production. By your 3rd or 4th month, the size of the milk ducts and number of milk cells within your breasts increase in size. You can’t help but notice how much heavier your breasts feel and how sensitive they have become. Your nipples and areolas also darken to help your newborn baby find them!
