Regrettably, we have became habituated to instant gratification and demand it on every ocassion. As about being slimmer, the condition just can’t happen immediately. Correct, I can show a colleague how to be slimmer directly, but I can’t promise she’ll cope with it longer.

And jeez what it’s all about? Controlling weight off and not involving to healthy diet in the first place–this is your main target.

Accident to children at home is one important thing we should concern about. Here are some tips to minimize it without you having say no all the time.

  1. Make sure the environment is good for growing the children.
  2. You should check the locks of the windows especially in our children bedroom.
  3. Keep medicines and pills away from children’s reach.
  4. Cover electrical sockets.
  5. To prevent our children climbing out and falling out, move furniture away from the windows.

Me as a motherFor me, my children is everything to me. They are my life. Watching them grow day by day and taking a good care of them has become one of our important duty. Many things we do for our children and many things we think for our children, such as :
1. Children’s health
2. Children education
3. Children’s friends
4. Children toys
5. Children’s mind

1. Children’s health
Our children’s health is very important to us as a mother. We’ll do everything to make them healthy. Serving healthy food and drink, going to doctor and always prepare for some medicine is just few things we do for them. Now, lets talk about our children’s health more.

1.A. Watch out for their temperature
Children often get a fever. What is fever actually? A fever is when you have a high body temperature over 38C or 100.4F. In children, the temperature above 38C is classes in fever.
Now, what should we do when our children get a fever ?

    1. Don’t be panic, especially when you are alone.
    2. Make sure his temperature by using thermometer. It is fever or not.
    3. If it is a fever, you can still take care of your child at home by giving him a paracetamol.
    4. If the temperature is very high try to give him antibiotics because it may be infection.
    5. If your child has difficulty breathing, unusual rash, headache or other worrying symptoms, go to the hospital immediately.
